These terms govern your use of www.funteg.com (the "website"), operated by Funteg International Limited ("Funteg", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in Nigeria. By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
These terms cover the website only. Freight forwarding, customs brokerage, warehousing and other services are provided under the terms set out in our quotation and in any agreement made when you book a shipment.
Information on the website
The website gives general information about our services and international shipping. It is not legal, customs or tax advice. Requirements vary by cargo and transaction, and regulations, tariffs and procedures change, so please contact Funteg for current guidance before acting on any information here.
Maps, routes, transit examples and distances on the website are illustrative. They do not represent live shipments, guaranteed routes or transit times.
Quote requests
- Submitting a quote request does not create a contract or oblige either party to proceed.
- Quotations are based on the information you provide and on carrier rates, space, exchange rates and regulatory requirements at the time. They are valid only for the period stated on the quotation and may change if the cargo, route, timing or requirements differ from what you described.
- You are responsible for describing the cargo accurately, including declaring any dangerous goods, temperature requirements and restricted items.
- A shipment is confirmed only when you accept a quotation in writing and we confirm the booking.
Documents you upload
When you upload documents, you confirm that you are entitled to share them and that sharing them with us for the purpose of quoting is lawful. Do not upload documents that are not needed to prepare a quote. We handle uploaded documents as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the website for any unlawful purpose, or to arrange the movement of goods that are prohibited by law;
- submit false, misleading or fraudulent information;
- upload files containing malware, or try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or its data;
- send automated or bulk submissions through the quote form;
- copy or scrape the website's content for commercial use without our permission.
Intellectual property
The Funteg name and logo, and the website's text, design, maps, graphics and code, belong to Funteg International Limited or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business use. Any other use requires our written permission. The names of WCA World and the Worldwide Independent Network belong to their respective owners.
Links to other websites
The website may link to other websites, such as social media pages or carrier tracking services. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Liability
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is" and do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
